Simetra was retained to develop a web-based solution using ASP.NET and Microsoft SQL Server. The web-based interface includes a Call Log System that tracks all calls, patient visits and tests performed.

Simetra developed a custom system which integrates seamlessly with data from their “canned” Practice Management software and Electronic Records systems to portray a patient’s position within the treatment program which can range from the first appointment to an Outreach patient who returns for future treatment.

Serra Manufacturing has been a pioneer in the manufacturing of precision stamped parts since 1959. Simetra programmers were hired to improve an outdated labor-intensive spreadsheet system used to manage customer payments. Simetra developed a custom Microsoft Access database with a SQL Server backend that imports weekly wire transfers, allows for reconciliation, and exports payment details to Quickbooks.
